unidentified connector (Dell external DVD burner)

This connector looks like a usb and a variation of a usb connector stacked on top of one another. I would like to be able to use the optical drive as it is very well made and would serve my purpose of trying to install xp on my notebook after the hdd was hacked and completely compromised.
My internal dvd drive & notebook hdd will not boot to install fresh OS.
Yours is the best site, by far, that I've seen. Concise, clear and
complete with all necessary information.
