trojan Dloader virus

we have a virus that's named trojan Dloader and cannot get the internet to come up.

Hello Teresa

You need to install anti-virus/trojan/spyware software. The first link will take you to the article I wrote about viruses, at the bottom of the page are the links to various web sites that have the programs.

The second link is an article on how to clean the virus from your computer.

I suggest you use another comptuer to download the programs. The programs can be installed in the 'Safe Mode' and run in the 'Safe Mode'.
