Think point virus

Yesterday we were attacked on our work computer with the think point virus.
I thought I successfully removed it with a combo of malwarebytes antivirus and AVG.
All was well all afternoon. this morning when we attempted to go online it would not go at all. I then restarted the computer at which time I entered the dreaded blue screen.
We are a small company and the economy has kicked our butts so I need to be able to do something on my own to fix this.
Please help...
