Monte...
I wish more eBooks were like yours. I don't recommend very
many, but yours is going to be an exception.
Thanks for making it easy to fix my own computer. Better yet
thanks for helping me save some money on my repair bills!

I want to say thanks for writing a book that is easy to follow and understand.
I'm starting to build computers and I have found more collective information in
your one book than in several books combined.

I used to spend a lot of time searching the internet to troubleshoot computer
problems. Or end up on the phone with a techie person to get answers. I can
say that 99% of the problems I've had in the past are answered in your E-Book.
Thanks for all the time saving tips and answers you provide

It is with great pleasure that I submit this testimonial. I just wanted
to send you a quick email to let you know how astonished I am by the
resources included in your e-book.
The guide covers pretty much any possible problems you may encounter while
using your computer, and the instructions on how you can fix them are
really simple to understand. I would recommend this e-book to anyone
especially beginner who are looking to repair or build their own computer.
I do however recommend more pictures or videos cause they are great aids
when you don't understand what the author is trying to explain.

I can't believe I spent hours - days - working on my system. It was 'hung'
doing the same thing over, and over and over. I even called the manufacturer
for support. They kept emailing me stuff to try - what a pain. Nothing was
fixed. I had to use my friend's old clunker to look for help on the Internet.
I found your site right off! I read your DIY Computer Repair. I couldn't
believe that I actually understood what you wrote. My system was up and
running in literally 20 minutes. You should call it the DIY Computer Repair
eBible!

Now, the real "PCMech"
Most of you probably know that our website was long known as "PC
Mechanic". Today, it is simply called "PCMech", but we continue to
talk computers and technology every day. Now, I have NEVER repaired
computers for a living. Screw that! I don't mind showing others how
to do it on the web, but I'll leave it up to those dedicated few
who choose to deal with broken computers for a living.
And I found one for you. His name is Monte Russell. He is the owner
of a computer repair business and he is throwing his knowledge into
an e-book.
This is another one of those products that just represents
everything PCMech.com is all about. And when I find these things, I
just have to bring them to your attention.
Monte's e-book contains the following:
* Over 100 illustrations
* Over 300 pages
* How to upgrade your computer's components
* How to repair different components of your computer * Troubleshooting
* Terms/Glossary
* Optimizing your PC
* Caring for Laptops
* Data Backup
* All about computer viruses
* Disaster Recovery
* All kinds of how-to's on various random computer maintenance tasks
Listen, computer tech's are expensive. They'll charge $100 or more
for a simple virus removal. They're taking advantage of you when
they do that. Trust me on that one. Monte Russell is giving you
information that can save you serious dough. And he's offering an
8-week guarantee if you don't find the e-book helpful.
This is the "kitchen sink" e-book for computer maintenance and
repair. Check it out.

I got this not too long ago from one of my customers. Sound familiar?
"My computer started acting up, it was slow to start (fifteen
minutes!) when I opened email it would take over another
five minutes to open where I could read a email. I took the
computer to a repair shop (fourteen miles away). They said it would
be two days, I did not get my computer back in two days it took six
days. It was in worse shape than when I took it to the repair shop.
Now my word processor will not open, it shuts down all the sudden
with out warning. I had to buy a new computer because the cost of
repairing the old one was more than a new computer."
This is what my book will help you with. If this customer had
this book
in their library at the time, he could have done some minor
troubleshooting, found the virus infecting his computer and fixed it
himself rather than buying a whole new computer. Wouldn't you like to save that much?

| Note: A request for my readers and
customers if you don't see a topic that I have already covered stop by my
support page and drop me an email with the topic you would like to
see, I may already have a new book in progress.
