laptop too slow

my laptop runs too slow and it alwys says virtual memory too low.i deleted some files and remove some programs but nothing change.it gets worst when i install mcafee security.

please help.

Hello Ramos,

When you computer is slow and the computer complains about low virtual memory it needs to be cleaned and then the Operating System needs to be Optimized.

The Paging or Swap file is too small for the physical memory installed.
