incoming email ends up going directly to my delete box....???

I have 2 email contacts that when they send me a email, their emails goes directly into my delete box... they are the only ones that do this.
My delete box works find I don't remember doing any thing that might have caused this.
Its been that way for 4-5 months or longer.
What can I do to fix or cure this problem?
