Hello John,

I went to Dell's web site, to access the support section and the maintenance manual for you computer I would have to enter the serial number, which I don't have.

To get the manual for your computer go to www.dell.com, then on the top menu bar select 'Support' then enter your serial number. From there you can do a search for the maintenace manual for your dell.
