Beep Code
by: Support

Hello Bernie,

When a computer emits more than one beep on start up that means a device has failed.

Manufactures use beep codes to tell technicaians where the problem or failure is.

You will have to go to the manufactures web site and search for the beep codes for your computer.

You also have another clue to the failure - "no signal input"

This means the video card may have failed or the cable is unplugged or unseated, check that first.

Once you have the code then take the part that the code indicates as failed out of the computer and then put it back in.

I suspect that the video card either has become unseated in the slot or if it is an embedded video that the video has failed.

If the video has failed and is embedded then you can install a video card in a slot or replace the motherboard.

If the video is a card in a slot and has failed then replace the card.

Hope this helps...
