Why a computer repair Q and A Forum? Because if you email me your problem or
question others will miss out on the answer!
Computer repair isn't as easy as failing off a log but then learning to drive
wasn't either but we managed to do it and do it quite well.
When we have a
computer problem we either research the problem and fix it ourselves or we pay
someone to do it for us.
This is the area where I answer questions that research has failed to turn
up a really good solution to your problem.
Sometimes I use my web site to assist you, and sometimes I use one or more
e-books to help find the answer, you see even the
most proficient tech has to do research to find answers to some problems.
I am Monte Russell, creator, owner, and Web Master for www.diy-computer-repair.com
Over the years I have worked on many computers with different Operating Systems.
With a degree in Computer Design Technology (AAS) and a Microsoft Certified System
Engineer (MCSE) certification along with numerous hardware manufacture's certifications
I have seen a lot of problems in my 25+ year career.
That is one of the reasons I created this web site to help those that
don't have the time or inclination to learn all the different techniques,
jargon, and complexities of computer repair.
If you have a problem that you are finding it hard to resolve then stop by
my Computer Repair Q and A forum. Have a look at the previous Questions and Answers, it may already
be there if not just ask your question.

As David Risley owner of PCMech.com said:
"Listen, computer tech's are expensive. They'll charge $100 or more
for a simple virus removal. They're taking advantage of you when
they do that. Trust me on that one. Monte Russell is giving you
information that can save you serious dough. And he's offering a 60
day money back guarantee if you don't find the e-book helpful.
This is the "kitchen sink" e-book for computer maintenance and
repair. Check it out. "
