Computer powers up, nothing on screen

Computer powers up, nothing on screen

I did not use this pc for 3 weeks then when I get back and try to use it.

Power is on,fan is working but I did not hear any beep as i usually heared a working pc.

Monitor is "on" also.

Please give me some kindly tip of what to do about this problem.

Computer Powers up, does not boot.

Hello Padi,

If you power up the computer and it does not go to the POST (Power On Self Test) then I would suspect something has failed or 'gone to ground' that is something has moved and the device is sending the power to ground.

Open your computer and reseat the memory, the cards, and all the cables.
