I am Not!
I am not waiting for the shoe to drop, to be laid off, or worse yet fired
because the economy is in the tank. Nope, not worried at all.
And it ain't getting any better out there folks!
Why? Well read on...
So you stopped by to see what all the hullabaloo is about, but I ain’t gonna
tell ya…
You expected a sells page about why you should take advantage of some great deal but it ain’t here.
Here is something you will not hear on the evening news: There is a
boom in Small Business startups, this is reported by the Chamber of Commerce and
Better Business Bureau.
Why?
During a recession or a depression more people become self reliant when the job market fails
them. Are you one of the disillusioned?
Here is a statistic that you will not see on the news:
Independent economist say there is a 'bubble' in the economy, a slight up ward
turn that will not last more than three to six months. If you aren't scared for
your job you should be.
What I am trying to get you to see is that the depression is NOT over, as
a matter of fact it will get worse before it gets better. Be
prepared!
What I am going to tell you is that if you have a dream, if you have the
motivation, if you have the passion then the dream is closer than you think.
A little over three years ago I started out on a journey. I didn’t know how I
was going to get where I wanted to be but I did know where it was - the independence of
owning my own profitable business.
One of the first steps in realizing any dream is knowledge, the knowledge that
it is never going to be easy.
Think of playing pro sports. Everyone knows it takes a lot of work, sweat,
perseverance to be come a pro in any sport. There aren’t any short cuts, yes
there are a lot of people that have the ‘talent’ and if you think about it so do
you.
When you watch or play sports you hear that a special player is so good because
they have a ‘passion and talent’ for that sport.
To succeed in business you need to have passion, passion for your chosen
business. If you don’t have that passion then you will fail. May as well not
even take the field of play.
So if you take that ‘talent and passion’ and combine it with your knowledge you
have the makings of a successful business.

The only thing lacking is the vehicle to make it all work. Did I mention that owning a business is not easy? That it takes a lot of hard work same as becoming
a Pro in sports. It takes perseverance, and it takes passion.
So if you think you have the passion, knowledge, and dedication to make it work
then you will see the independence that I see.
I will say for the most part working with SBI has been fun, it has been a lot of hard work also. Long hard work to get a web site to pay back some of the time
and money I have put in to it.
They (as if I know who they are?) say that it will take three to five years for a
business to become profitable. I can attest to that. I have been on this journey
for three years and have not made as much in all three years as I made in half a
year at the job I left. But the web sites are starting to turn a profit, more
each year. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel for this first part of
the journey. (I sure hope it ain't that train
they talk about!)
